Reception is staffed around the clock, seven days a week. We are happy to help with information and questions.

Between 23:00 and 07:00, you can reach our night staff on 08-518 01 850.

Check-in from 14:00 on your arrival day. Check-out by 12:00 on your departure day.

Contact reception if you would like early check-in or late check-out, and we will check what is possible.

Your key card opens the hotel entrance doors and your room door.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Select a nearby hotel network and use the password printed inside your key card holder.

If you need help connecting, please ask reception.

Your room's TV offers SVT1, SVT2, SVT24, Barn- och Kunskapskanalen and TV Finland.

Netflix is preconfigured on the TVs. Press the Netflix button on the remote and select your room number to start watching.

Rooms have a desk and chair, one or more armchairs, a wardrobe, side table, reading lights, mobile phone charging station, full-length mirror and smart TV.

Bathrooms have soap, shampoo, a hairdryer, towels and a bath mat. Budget rooms share a bathroom outside the room.

Would you like housekeeping during your stay? Please let reception know by 10:00 on the day you would like your room cleaned.

Extra towels are available from reception whenever you need them.

Breakfast must be booked in advance and is not included in the room rate. The price is SEK 120 per person and SEK 60 for children aged 2–12.

Weekdays 07:00–10:00. Weekends 08:00–11:00. Please tell our staff about any allergies.

Parking is available, subject to availability, at SEK 100 per night. Please book before arrival.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel and immediately outside the entrance. You may smoke on the street a short distance away from the hotel entrance.

Candles and other open flames are not permitted in the hotel.

Nearby you will find a convenience store, restaurant/pizzeria, hairdresser and Liljeholmstorget shopping centre.

The Nybohov lift runs from Liljeholmen metro station up to the hotel building. The entrance is inside the square opposite the hotel and marked with a metro sign.

We can lend the shared lounge to small groups when needed. Please contact reception if you would like to use it.
